Booking and payment
- Your session is confirmed once payment is received. Payment details are shared on WhatsApp.
- Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED).
Rescheduling
- Call and video sessions: you can reschedule free of charge with at least 24 hours' notice.
- Home visits: subject to availability. Can be discussed.
- One free reschedule per booking. After that, a new booking is needed.
Cancellations and refunds
- Cancel with 24 hours' notice for a full refund.
- Cancellations with less notice, or missed sessions, are not refunded, but I will always try to offer a new time.
- Sessions that have taken place are not refundable.
- If I need to cancel, you choose a new time or a full refund.
